Plant Scheduler & Material Planner

Reporting to the Plant SCH Manager, you will be responsible for leading production planning and scheduling, as well as managing the procurement of materials and resources within the supply chain. Your main objective is to guarantee operational efficiency, material availability, and compliance with production plans, aligning with the strategic objectives of the Supply Chain department.

Plan and schedule production, ensuring alignment with demand and plant capacity. Manage the procurement of raw materials, packaging, and components necessary for production. Coordinate with the purchasing, planning, and production teams to ensure a continuous flow of materials. Monitor inventories and forecast needs to minimize stockouts or excess inventory. Analyze supply chain performance indicators and propose improvements in planning and procurement processes. Collaborate in the implementation of continuous improvements within the Supply Chain area. Participate in production follow-up meetings and report deviations, proposing proactive solutions. Manage and coordinate the assigned team, ensuring correct task distribution, performance monitoring, training, and development.

Plant Scheduler & Material Planner Marcilla

Higher education in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, procurement, or supply chain management in industrial environments. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or equivalent). Analytical skills and problem-solving capacity in dynamic environments. Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and operational teams.
