Digital Experience Consultant & Account Manager

We are expanding our team and looking to bring on an Account Manager to develop the Printing Unit's business in the areas of Digital Experience, UX/UI and Product Design, driving Outsourcing and Consulting solutions for our clients.

• You will directly manage our most important client
• You will lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
• You will work on acquiring new clients and activating them
• Sales of outsourcing services, specialized squads and consulting in areas of UX Research, UX Design, UI Design, Product Design, Design Systems, Service Design and Digital Experience.
• You will continuously monitor opportunities and orders
• You will coordinate with the Talent Managers team, ensuring effective management of the talent that makes up the Business Unit.
• You will act as a consulting reference in UX/UI and Product Design, helping clients to identify needs, define solutions and build specialized teams that drive their digital initiatives.

• We offer a salary between €35,000 and €40,000 annual gross + variables (no limit)

People

• Training in areas of Digital Product Design, UX/UI, Service Design, Graphic Design or related disciplines.
• Practical knowledge of digital design tools and methodologies such as Figma, FigJam, Jira, Confluence.
• Ability to understand the digital design process.
• Experience in the sale of technological consulting services.
• Highly valuable experience in managed solutions and Talent as a Service (TaaS) models.
• Ability to quickly understand the client's business: challenges, technological priorities and objectives; stakeholders and decision-making processes; budgets and fit of the value proposition
• Methodical and organized profile, with the ability to structure commercial and operational processes.
• Strong negotiation skills, both with clients and with strategic partners.
• Catalan is a plus
• It is a plus to have a vehicle (client in Sant Cugat)
• English B2.

Estamos ampliando nuestro equipo y buscamos incorporar un/a Account Manager para desarrollar el negocio de la Unidad Printing en áreas de Digital Experience, UX/UI Y Product Design, impulsando soluciones de Outsourcing y Consultoría para nuestros clientes.

• Gestionarás directamente el cliente más importante
• Liderarás todo el ciclo de venta, desde la prospección hasta el cierre
• Trabajarás en la captación de nuevos clientes y su activación
• Comercialización de servicios de outsourcing, squads especializados y consultoría en ámbitos de UX Research, UX Design, UI Design, Product Design, Design Systems, Service Design y Digital Experience.
• Harás seguimiento continuo de oportunidades y pedidos
• Coordinarte con el equipo de Talent Managers, asegurando una gestión eficaz del talento que forma parte de la Business Unit.
• Actuaras como referente consultivo en UX/UI y Product Design, ayudando a los clientes a identificar necesidades, definir soluciones y construir equipos especializados que impulsen sus iniciativas digitales.

• Formación en áreas de Diseño de producto digital, UX/UI, Service Design, Diseño gráfico o disciplinas relacionadas.
• Conocimiento práctico de herramientas y metodologías de diseño digital como Figma, FigJam, Jira, Confluence.
• Capacidad para comprender proceso de diseño digital.
• Experiencia en la venta de servicios de consultoría tecnológica.
• Muy valorable experiencia en soluciones gestionadas y modelos Talent as a Service (TaaS).
• Capacidad para entender rápido el negocio del cliente: retos, prioridades tecnológicas y objetivos; stakeholders y procesos de decisión; presupuestos y encaje de la propuesta de valor
