The role

What you'll do

Definition of mechanical technical requirements and ensuring their compliance.
Mechanical design of injection-molded and machined plastic parts
Carrying out 3D and 2D mechanical design, ensuring feasibility and its integration.
Injection molding processes for polymers, machining, stamping, welding, and assembly of production series
Defining numerical simulations and simplifications.
Preparing product documentation such as user manuals or system verification and validation plans.
Knowledge of technical standards and regulations

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join one of our teams at a company that develops the most innovative technology in exoskeletons in Rivas-Vaciamadrid (Madrid).

This opportunity offers a hybrid work model (4 days on-site, 1 day remote).

Requirements

Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree
Experience in designing injection-molded and machined plastic parts
Injection molding processes for polymers, machining, stamping, welding, and assembly of production series
Expert knowledge of numerical simplifications for structural calculations, acceptance criteria for CAE, and interpretation of simulations
Preparation of 2D drawings, definition of datums, tolerances, and dimension chains
