Mechanical Engineer Water

At BETWEEN Technology, we continue to grow and expand our team, betting on the best talent. We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer specialized in Water to join our Facilities Engineering division. In this area, we work on a wide variety of leading projects, collaborating with the most innovative clients in the Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food, Construction, and Civil Works sectors.

As a Water Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out tasks related to the design, development, and optimization of hydraulic systems and water treatment processes. Your role will include:

• Development and review of technical proposals: Prepare proposals that include the necessary technical specifications for desalination and water treatment projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and current industry regulations.
• Detail engineering: Prepare and review the detail engineering of assigned projects, ensuring that every critical aspect of the design and system functionality is considered.
• Hydraulic calculations: Perform the hydraulic calculations necessary for the design and optimization of water systems, including the sizing of equipment, piping, and pumping systems.
• Multidisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with other departments and teams, ensuring that proposed solutions are properly integrated within overall projects.

• Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Mechanics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the water, desalination, and related treatment sectors.
• Proficiency in reverse osmosis systems, wastewater treatment technologies, and experience in preparing technical specifications and hydraulic calculations.
• Fluent English. Other languages are a plus.
