We are selecting a Technical Engineer for Facilities – Comprehensive Installation Maintenance to join in Barcelona in a stable long-term position in an environment of facilities services and maintenance. The selected person will manage and supervise facility maintenance, coordinating suppliers and ensuring proper operation and compliance with current regulations.

• Management and monitoring of maintenance contracts (preventive, corrective, and legal).
• Supervision of facility warranties and handling of incidents.
• Coordination of suppliers, subcontractors, and material procurement.
• Preparation of budgets associated with corrective actions and modifications.
• Conducting follow-up visits and providing support to the Maintenance Manager.
• Management of billing orders and support for department operations.
• Compliance with occupational risk prevention (ORP) and applicable facility regulations.

• Education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (specialization in electrical or HVAC systems valued).
• Minimum experience of 5 years in facility maintenance, preferably in service environments.
• Technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical systems, domestic hot water, plumbing, fire protection systems, and low-voltage systems.
• Experience in managing suppliers and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in CMMS (experience with PRISMA or MANTTEST valued).
• Knowledge of applicable facility regulations.
• User-level proficiency in computer tools (Office environment and management applications).
• Driving license.
• Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP).

Seleccionamos un/a Ingeniero/a Técnico/a de Facility – Mantenimiento Integral de Instalaciones para incorporarse en Barcelona en una posición estable a largo plazo en entorno de servicios y mantenimiento de instalaciones. La persona seleccionada gestionará y supervisará el mantenimiento de las instalaciones, coordinando proveedores y asegurando el correcto funcionamiento y cumplimiento de la normativa vigente.

• Gestión y seguimiento de contratos de mantenimiento (preventivo, correctivo y legal).
• Supervisión de garantías de instalaciones y atención de incidencias.
• Coordinación de proveedores, subcontratas y compras de material.
• Elaboración de presupuestos asociados a correctivos y modificaciones.
• Realización de visitas de seguimiento y soporte al Jefe de Mantenimiento.
• Gestión de órdenes de facturación y apoyo en la operativa del departamento.
• Cumplimiento de PRL y normativa aplicable a las instalaciones.

• Contrato a través de BETWEEN. 

• Tendrás un buen ambiente de trabajo, con profesionales altamente cualificados y caracterizado por un alto grado de especialización.

• Formación en Ingeniería eléctrica o mecánica (especialidad en electricidad o climatización valorable).
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en mantenimiento de instalaciones, preferiblemente en entornos de servicios.
• Conocimientos técnicos en climatización, electricidad, ACS, fontanería, PCI y señal débil.
• Experiencia en gestión de proveedores y subcontratas.
• Manejo de GMAO (valorable PRISMA o MANTTEST).
• Conocimientos de normativa aplicable a instalaciones.
• Manejo de herramientas informáticas a nivel usuario (entorno Office y aplicaciones de gestión).
• Carné de conducir.
• Formación en PRL.
