• Lead complex Supply Chain projects at a global or regional level, managing all project phases from planning to closure and coordinating multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Manage end-to-end strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, and budget, as well as the impact on business results.
•  Manage stakeholders, communicating project status to senior levels and ensuring alignment between business and technology.
•  Control project financial management, overseeing budget and costs and ensuring compliance with the defined ROI.
• Drive digital transformation by participating in initiatives related to ERP and Supply Chain systems and contributing to the improvement of processes and tools.
• Lead organizational change processes, ensuring the proper adoption of new solutions and managing their impact on the business.

• You will have a flexible schedule.

• Have 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, operations, or related areas, including experience as a Project Manager in complex projects and global environments.
• Hold a degree or master's in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline, or provide equivalent experience.
• Have experience in implementing or integrating ERP and specific Supply Chain systems.
• Have participated in process design initiatives and organizational change management.
• Have proficiency in English (C1)

• Liderar procesos de cambio organizativo, asegurando la correcta adopción de nuevas soluciones y gestionando su impacto en el negocio.
