Qualification/Calibration Technician

We are looking for a Qualification/Calibration Technician profile to expand one of our teams.

• Develop the functions assigned to them in the projects in which they are involved, under the PRODUCTION MANAGER.
• Inform the PRODUCTION MANAGER of the progress, incidents, and actions of their project.
• Represent and defend the image and interests of the company before the client.
• Compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Contact clients to confirm the work to be performed when necessary.
• Perform the offered services according to QUALIPHARMA procedures.
• Inform the client of any problem detected during the course of performing the tests.
• Complete the records, at the client's facilities, with the data obtained during the tests.
• Complete the technical assistance report for the client to sign when it is a service under administration.

• Industrial vocational training (mechanics, electronics, automation, mechatronics, or similar).
• At least 4 years of experience in calibration, metrology, machinery, HVAC, thermal equipment (autoclaves, freeze-dryers, ovens, furnaces...), etc.
• Knowledge in the use of measuring equipment is highly valued. Repair and maintenance of this type of equipment and machinery in general.
• Intermediate English level (equivalent to B2) is desirable.
• Be a proactive person, with commitment and autonomy, capable of working in a team and, above all, eager to grow in the industry!
• B1 driving license, for visits and travel to clients.

Estamos buscando un perfil Técnico de cualificación/calibraciones para ampliar uno de nuestros equipos.

• Desarrollar las funciones que se les asignan en los proyectos en que se encuentre implicado, bajo el RESPONSABLE DE PRODUCCIÓN.
• Informar al RESPONSABLE DE PRODUCCION de la evolución, incidencias y acciones de su proyecto
• Representar y defender la imagen y los intereses de la empresa frente al cliente.
• Cumplimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
• Contactar con los clientes para confirmar los trabajos a realizar cuando sea necesario.
• Realizar los servicios ofertados según los procedimientos de QUALIPHARMA.
• Informar al cliente de cualquier problema detectado en el transcurso de la realización de las pruebas.
• Completar los registros, en las instalaciones del cliente, con los datos obtenidos durante las pruebas.
• Completar la asistencia técnica para que la firme el cliente cuando sea un trabajo por administración.

• Formación profesional industrial (mecánica, electrónica, automatización, mecatrónica o similar).
• Al menos 4 años de experiencia en calibración, metrología, maquinaria, HVAC, equipos térmicos (autoclaves, liofilizadores, estufas, horno...), etc.
• Muy valorables conocimientos en el uso de equipos de medida. Reparación y mantenimiento de este tipo de equipos y maquinaria en general.
• Deseable nivel de inglés intermedio (equivalente B2).
• Ser una persona proactiva, con compromiso y autonomía, capaz de trabajar en equipo y sobre todo, con ganas de crecer en la industria!
• Permiso de conducir B1, para visitas y desplazamientos a clientes.

• Experiencia en el sector y en entornos GXP
