Requirements

What we're looking for

University technical training, preferably in Engineering or business areas.
Between 1 and 2 years of experience in sales or service management.
Knowledge of engineering and technology consulting environments.
Excellent communication skills, both in internal environments and when interacting with clients and partners.
A reporting culture, accustomed to working with indicators, KPI monitoring and commercial planning.
Resilient and entrepreneurial in character, with an interest in professional growth and working in a team.
Strong negotiation skills, both with clients and strategic partners.
Own vehicle and driver's license.
Minimum English level of B2.

Nice to have

Experience in the automotive, railway, or electric vehicle sector is highly valued.

The role

We are expanding our team and are looking to incorporate an Account Manager to drive the growth of our business unit in Talent as a Service services, Managed Services and projects within the Mobility & Transportation Business Unit.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at BETWEEN, you will be part of the Mobility Business Unit, leading key initiatives in the Engineering areas. These will be your main responsibilities:

Drive business growth, developing strategic opportunities within the Mobility field (Automotive, railway, e-mobility)
Acquire new accounts and generate business, aligned with the defined Business Plan for the unit.
Detect needs and transform commercial challenges into value solutions for our clients.
Manage a solid sales funnel, leading the creation and monitoring of commercial pipelines.
Build lasting relationships with partners, defining commercial plans that include loyalty, account opening and maintenance.
Support the development of the Engineering consultant team, promoting their growth within the unit.
Collaborate actively in the execution of the Strategic Commercial Plan, together with the unit team.
You will coordinate with the Talent team, ensuring effective talent management within the Business Unit.
