We are looking for an HR Automation Specialist with a creator and analytical mindset to transform our People Ops operations. We are not here to maintain traditional processes; we are here to reinvent them using n8n, AI (Claude/LLMs), Bizneo, PayFit, and Google Workspace.

🌟 Your Mission: Scale People Ops at Crypto Speed

Your goal will be to design, automate, and integrate workflows in the Human Resources area. You will be the bridge between People, Technology, and Operations, turning manual processes into fluid, efficient, and hyper-personalized experiences for candidates and employees.

🚀 What will you do on a day-to-day basis? (The HOW)

• You will design and build automated workflows: You will connect our HR ecosystem (Bizneo ATS/HRIS, PayFit, Google Workspace, Slack/Teams) using n8n and APIs.
• You will integrate AI into People processes: You will implement agents and workflows based on Claude / LLMs for initial screening, summary generation, automated employee support, and qualitative analysis.
• You will optimize the employee experience (Onboarding & Offboarding): You will create "zero-friction" flows from contract signing to equipment and welcome, ensuring data integrity across ATS, HRIS, and Payroll.
• You will structure the HR data pipeline: You will automate the collection of KPIs (turnover, eNPS, time-to-hire, costs) and the generation of strategic reports for management.
• Constant innovation and AI-first HR: You will identify bottlenecks in daily operations and propose No-Code/Low-Code solutions that save the team hundreds of hours.

🎯 What are we looking for in you?

• Practical experience in Automation: Demonstrable experience designing and building complex automation workflows with n8n, Make, or Zapier (experience with n8n is especially valued).
• HR Tech Stack management: Previous experience or familiarity working with platforms such as Bizneo (ATS/HRIS) and PayFit (Payroll/labor management).
• Artificial Intelligence integration: Fluent use of generative AI tools (Claude, OpenAI API) applied to prompts, text structuring, and agent workflows.
• Google Workspace & Scripting skills: Creating simple scripts (Google Apps Script / JS / Python) and advanced use of Google Sheets/Looker Studio for data orchestration.
• Problem Solver & Owner mindset: Autonomy to identify inefficiencies, propose the workflow architecture, and take it to production safely.
• Programming agents: Experience with development assistance tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex for developing automation workflows will be positively valued.

Tu objetivo será diseñar, automatizar e integrar los flujos de trabajo del área de Recursos Humanos. Serás el puente entre People, Tecnología y Operaciones, convirtiendo procesos manuales en experiencias fluidas, eficientes e hiperpersonalizadas para candidatos y empleados.

🚀 ¿Qué harás en tu día a día? (El CÓMO)

• Diseñarás y construirás flujos de trabajo automatizados: Conectarás nuestro ecosistema de RRHH (Bizneo ATS/HRIS, PayFit, Google Workspace, Slack/Teams) mediante n8n y APIs.
• Integrarás IA en los procesos de People: Implementarás agentes y workflows basados en Claude / LLMs para cribado inicial, generación de resúmenes, soporte automatizado a empleados y análisis cualitativo.
• Optimizarás la experiencia del empleado (Onboarding & Offboarding): Crearás flujos "zero-friction" desde la firma del contrato hasta el equipamiento y bienvenida, garantizando la integridad de datos entre ATS, HRIS y Nóminas.
• Estructurarás el data pipeline de Recursos Humanos: Automatizarás la recopilación de KPIs (turnover, eNPS, time-to-hire, costes) y la generación de reportes estratégicos para la dirección.
• Innovación constante e IA-first HR: Identificarás cuellos de botella en la operativa diaria y propondrás soluciones No-Code/Low-Code que ahorren cientos de horas al equipo.

🎯 ¿Qué buscamos en ti?

• Experiencia práctica en Automatización: Experiencia demostrable en el diseño y construcción de flujos de automatización complejos con n8n, Make o Zapier (se valorará especialmente experiencia en n8n).
• Manejo de Stack HR Tech: Experiencia previa o familiaridad trabajando con plataformas como Bizneo (ATS/HRIS) y PayFit (Gestión de nóminas/laboral).
• Integración de Inteligencia Artificial: Manejo fluido de herramientas de IA generativa (Claude, OpenAI API) aplicadas a prompts, estructuración de texto y workflows de agentes.
• Dominio de Google Workspace & Scripting: Creación de scripts sencillos (Google Apps Script / JS / Python) y manejo avanzado de Google Sheets/Looker Studio para orquestación de datos.
• Mentalidad Problem Solver & Owner: Autonomía para detectar ineficiencias, proponer la arquitectura del flujo y llevarlo a producción de forma segura.
• Agentes de programación: Se valorará positivamente el uso de herramientas de asistencia al desarrollo como Cursor, Claude Code o Codex para el desarrollo de flujos de automatización.
