What do we offer you?

Your mission:

As a junior commercial agent, you will be at the forefront of customer service (in-store and over the phone) with a clear focus on active selling and providing solutions that drive commercial results. 

Your role will include managing sales and closing contracts, as well as following up on invoicing and administrative tasks. All with a clear focus on results, solutions, and excellence in service.

- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
- Proactivity, optimism, and a willingness to learn.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (sales, commercial).
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Availability to work at any of the centers Bluespace has in Madrid: H. Ramón y Cajal, Alcobendas, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Barajas, and Plenilunio. 
- Own vehicle. 

- Permanent contract.
- Annual salary: €22,500 gross per year.
- Full-time schedule of 38 hours: Monday to Friday afternoons + 2 Saturdays per month (mornings only).

Tu misión:

Como Agente comercial junior, estarás al frente de la atención al cliente (en tienda y por teléfono) con un claro foco en la venta activa y en ofrecer soluciones que impulsen los resultados comerciales. 

Tu rol incluirá la gestión de ventas y cierre de contratos, así como el seguimiento de facturación y tareas administrativas. Todo ello, con una clara orientación a resultados, soluciones y excelencia en el servicio.

¿Qué te ofrecemos?

- Contrato indefinido.
- Salario anual: 22.500 € brutos anuales.
- Jornada completa de 38 horas: L-V de tardes + 2 sábados al mes (solo mañanas).

- Pasión por las ventas y atención al cliente.
- Habilidades organizativas y actitud resolutiva.
- Proactividad, optimismo y ganas de aprender.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en posiciones de trato con clientes (venta, comercial).
- Conocimientos de ofimática (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en cualquiera de los centros que Bluespace tiene en Madrid: H. Ramón y Cajal, Alcobendas, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Barajas y Plenilunio. 
- Vehículo propio.
