What you'll get

Contract initially through a staffing agency (ETT) for 3 months, with the possibility of transitioning to the company's permanent staff.
Extensive internal training program.
Working hours: Initially Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and subsequently full-time Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. During the summer period, you will enjoy a continuous working day.
Gross monthly salary: 1,200-1,300 euros gross per month (full-time).
Access to a commission program after joining the company's permanent staff.

From EULEN Flexiplan, the HR and Employment Solutions Division of EULEN Group, we are recruiting for an important company dedicated to insurance sales with more than 20 branches in the Community of Madrid, an Insurance Manager in Alcobendas (Madrid).

What's your mission?

Phone and in-person customer service for active and prospective clients.
Consultative selling and customer advisory services across the product range of a major insurance company.
Administrative management of new policies, cancellations, endorsements, modifications, among other tasks.

What do we need?

Academic background in administration, sales, marketing, and/or related fields.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance sector and/or internal sales in other sectors.
Proactive person with strong communication skills.
Own vehicle required.
Candidates must be willing to travel to the different branches in Alcobendas, Fuencarral, and San Sebastián de los Reyes.
Accustomed to working with targets.
Full and immediate availability to start.
