What we're looking for

• Minimum training at the Higher Vocational Training level in Administration or similar.

• At least 1 year of experience in tasks similar to those described.

• Advanced use of MS Office suite, with a high level of MS Excel being essential.

• Ability for teamwork, planning, and organization. An enthusiastic, constant person with a proactive attitude towards the tasks performed, anticipating needs and offering appropriate solutions.

• Habit of teamwork in collaborative environments.

• Possibility of commuting to the workplace (Irún).

The role

At Grupo Uvesco, we need to temporarily hire three support people to provide support for commercial and operational management during the integration process in EMD

What you'll do

• General support to buyers: Assistance in the daily administrative tasks of the department according to the team's needs.

• Control of conditional promotions: Registration, monitoring, and verification of promotions agreed upon with suppliers to ensure their correct compliance.

• Support in promotion negotiation: Prepare information, data, and templates to help buyers in the preparation of campaigns and negotiations with suppliers.

• Document management: Filing of commercial agreements, rate control, and updating of data in the system.

How you'll work

• 100% on-site work.

• Immediate start with full-time employment and schedule flexibility.

• Temporary contract, conditioned upon the end of the integration project, until the end of 2026
