What you'll do
Support the person in charge in the daily organization and coordination of the store's activity.
Monitor operating procedures and collaborate in the correct application of company guidelines.
Support the team in resolving incidents and in customer service, guaranteeing quality service.
Participate in the management and organization of merchandise, ensuring correct replenishment, presentation, and maintenance of the sections.
Perform replenishment tasks, stock control, labeling, and product conditioning.
Perform cashier duties, including customer checkout, cash balancing, and working on the checkout lines when service needs require it.
Ensure the order, cleanliness, and proper condition of the store facilities.
Collaborate in the training and support of new hires.
