Requirements

What we're looking for

- Higher education: degree, licenciatura, engineering, or higher vocational training, preferably in logistics and transport or related fields. Specific postgraduate training in logistics will be valued.

- Experience in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and advanced use of the MS Office suite, especially MS Excel.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transport management.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tasks similar to those described, managing large teams of people.

- High capacity for planning and organization.

- Proactive, resourceful, and autonomous person with the flexibility to adapt to the changing circumstances of day-to-day operations.

- High leadership capacity, social skills, and communication and negotiation skills.

- Driver's license.

Nice to have

- Higher education in occupational risk prevention will be valued. Likewise, experience in LEAN will be valued.

If you are passionate about logistics, we offer you the opportunity to work in a modern multi-temperature platform, managing a work shift and leading the transport and supply operations for the BM and Super Amara supermarkets in Gipuzkoa and Navarra.

What you'll do

- You will assume responsibilities in the reception, preparation, and dispatch of orders in the dry, frozen, and refrigerated sections.

- You will plan and coordinate capillary transport to the supermarkets, resolving incidents, coordinating transport companies....

- You will manage the day-to-day operations of the team of warehouse professionals to ensure compliance with store service objectives, ensuring compliance with prevention regulations.

- You will assume responsibilities in stock control, coordination of machinery and facility maintenance, and monitoring service KPIs.
