Nice to have

The role

We are currently looking for a hardware store sales assistant for our point of sale in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.

What you'll do

Reporting to the commercial delegate of the delegation, the selected person will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the fulfillment of area objectives and indicators.

• Activating and closing product sales to the end customer in-store.

• Promoting and recommending product offers.

• Customer service in-store via in-person, telephone, and email (handling technical hardware inquiries, prices, claims, and incidents).

• Preparing quotes for customers and/or providing support to sales representatives.

• Order management: management of delivery notes, receipt of goods, placement, control and entry into ERP, support for freight management...

• Supporting the Warehouse and Logistics Manager in the stock control of paint, hardware, and store: maximums and minimums, regularizations, obsolete items, inventories, control lists...

• Relationship with suppliers and requesting materials through ERP in coordination with the Purchasing Dept. for its management.

• Taking responsibility for the order, cleanliness, and replenishment of products at the point of sale.

• Cashier collections and closing when required.

• Participating actively in the technical training of store staff and sales representatives (paint, hardware...).
