Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions (premium food sector or traditional/family-run establishments).
Knowledge of gourmet products, mastery of restocking techniques, and ability to manage high volumes of work under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team, and high attention to detail.
Availability required: Availability for the morning shift from Monday to Sunday, including holidays. Availability for afternoon shifts from Thursday to Saturday and on days before holidays; with two days off per week.
Total schedule flexibility during high demand periods (Christmas).

Schedule: Rotating shifts (approximately Morning 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM / Afternoon 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

What you'll do

Duties

• Restocking products in the store, ensuring the shelves are always full and visually appealing.

• Strictly applying the FIFO system to guarantee product freshness and stock rotation.

• Ensuring that cleanliness standards in our gourmet store are maintained throughout the entire shift.

• Addressing customer questions and guiding them through the decision-making and purchasing process.

• Acting as a brand ambassador by explaining the features of our products (origins, organoleptic qualities, etc.).
