About the role

At our Hospitalet branch we are expanding our team, and we want to bring in a Showroom Specialist.

They will be responsible for all the necessary processes and procedures in the area, meeting customer needs and demands, maintaining control and offering a top-quality service.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities:

  • Customer service and advice for clients and the sales team in the showroom.

  • Product and price searches and sample requests in coordination with the Purchasing Dept. and Marketing Dept. for preparing quotes, projects and reports.

  • Sales follow-up and closing in coordination with the sales team. Cross-selling across the different specialties.

  • Order entry and management.

  • For deliveries, support and coordination with the Warehouse and Logistics Manager of our own warehouse or another one from which the delivery is expected to be made, for transport management (loading, pickup and delivery times, checking and managing freight charges, resolving incidents, etc.).

  • Follow-up, reporting and coordination of quotes submitted to the branch sales team.

  • Ensure compliance with the area's objectives and indicators.
