Main mission
Be the company's outbound prospecting engine: identify, contact, qualify, and hand off qualified sales opportunities (SQLs – Sales Qualified Leads) to the closing team (Account Executives).

The focus is on opening doors and passing on hot, sales-ready leads.
What you'll do
Key responsibilities
- Intensive, daily outbound prospecting.
- Identify and contact real decision-makers (CISO, CIO, Risk Manager, CTO, General Management, IT Security Leads) at companies matching the ICP profile: Enterprise – corporate with regulatory needs (ENS, NIS2, DORA, GDPR) or high exposure to threats.
- Conduct initial discovery to identify real pain points (cybersecurity pain points: ransomware, cloud misconfigurations, identity risks, regulatory compliance…).
- Qualify opportunities according to strict criteria (BANT / MEDDPICC / CHAMP or similar defined by the company): need, approximate budget, authority, timing.
- Manage and maintain a high volume of activities.
- Hand off sales-ready SQLs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities (monthly/quarterly target of SQLs delivered).
- Document all interactions with a high level of detail in the CRM.

- Demonstrable experience in pure outbound and qualified opportunity generation.
- Track record of consistently exceeding activity and SQL targets (volume + quality).
- High tolerance for rejection and resilience (many "no's" before a qualified "yes").
- Basic knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem in Spain: regulations (ENS, NIS2, DORA), key verticals (finance, utilities, healthcare, industrial, public sector), and why companies invest.
- Strong research and message personalization skills.
How you'll work
