The P2B Production Process Improvement contributes to the efficiency and scalability of the Pricing to Billing function by supporting production activities, analysing operational data, maintaining controls and developing reporting and automation solutions.

  • Support production activities, pricing investigations and implementation follow-up.
  • Assist in monitoring activities and issue resolution.
  • Support onboarding and remediation initiatives across countries.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of operational documentation and procedures.
