What will you do?
You will be part of the multidisciplinary team at Fundació bonÀrea, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of the physical health of the residents.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Assess the functional and physical state of the residents.
- Elaborate and execute individualized physiotherapeutic treatment plans.
- Apply rehabilitation, mobilization, and functional maintenance techniques.
- Conduct individual and group sessions adapted to the needs of each person.
- Participate in fall prevention and autonomy promotion programs.
- Monitor the evolution of the residents and record the actions performed.
- Coordinate with the medical, nursing, occupational therapy, and rest of the center's professional teams.
- Advise relatives and caregivers on aspects related to the mobility and physical well-being of the residents.
