Are you an Optometrist in Colombia looking to make an international career leap?
We are looking for qualified Optometrists in Colombia interested in joining a leading group in the optical sector in Spain, currently in a phase of significant expansion. The position offers a stable environment, highly professional, with a strong focus on visual health, patient experience, and continuous development.
The project includes comprehensive support throughout the international mobility process, as well as a training plan to facilitate adaptation to the Spanish market.
What you'll do
-Perform comprehensive visual examinations and optometric evaluations.
-Advise patients on visual health, ophthalmic lenses, contact lenses, and personalized solutions.
-Participate in the overall management of the point of sale (customer service, sales support, patient follow-up).
-Ensure an excellent customer experience, aligned with the group's standards.
-Collaborate with the team in the organization, control, and continuous improvement of the optical center.
-Maintain a professional practice based on quality, ethics, and ongoing technical updates.
