- Previous experience in insurance or banking (valuable)
- Training in the economic, insurance, or commercial field
- Certification as a level 2 or higher insurance distributor (or willingness to obtain it)
- Good level of Catalan and Spanish
- Commercial capacity and client orientation
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and management systems

Job Description

At bonÀrea Assegura, we are looking to hire an Insurance Manager to provide support and advice to clients from our Lleida office. The selected person will be part of the commercial team and will be responsible for the promotion, sale, and management of insurance products linked to banking activity.

Main functions:
- Advise clients on insurance matters.
- Detect needs and offer personalized solutions.
- Commercialize insurance products linked to financial services.
- Manage policies: registrations, modifications, and renewals.
- Perform portfolio monitoring and client loyalty.
- Collaborate with the office team to achieve commercial objectives.
- Handle incidents and provide support in daily management.
