Job Description
What you'll do
We are looking for a person with administrative training and an interest in the field of Occupational Risk Prevention to join our commercial department. The selected person will provide support in administrative and ORP tasks, actively collaborating with different teams and involved agents.
Their functions will include:
- Compliance with ORP regulations.
- Coordination with departments and external agents.
- Carrying out internal audits.
- Management and review of documentation.
- Absenteeism control.
- Delivery and registration of PPE.
- Investigation of occupational accidents.
- General administrative support.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00, with flexible hours.
