Internship student – BMG2-ES/PAS Department

•             Database management and participation in project planning (WhiteBoard)
•             Support for project monitoring (costs and deadlines)
•             Preparation of bids
•             Processing and tracking of orders
•             Preparation of workload reports
•             Preparation of statistics using the SAP tool
•             Project settlement
•             Preparation of technical reports once interventions at the end customer have been completed.

Monthly stipend:            800€ gross / month

Start date:          immediate 

Duration:                    6 months 

                                     40h per week

Working hours:                      full-time: 08:00h - 17:00h, 1 hour for lunch

• High level of English, German desirable
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or business administration (ADE)

•             Gestión de bases de datos y participación en la planificación de proyectos (WhiteBoard)
•             Apoyo al seguimiento de proyectos (costes y plazos)
•             Elaboración de ofertas
•             Realización y seguimiento de pedidos
•             Elaboración de informes de carga de trabajo
•             Elaboración de estadísticas mediante herramienta SAP
•             Liquidación de proyectos
•             Elaboración de informes técnicos una vez concluidas las intervenciones en cliente final.

Beca mensual:            800€ brutos / mes
