Intern – Logistics Department LOT

• Organization; notification and tracking of warranty parts deliveries; in collaboration with the quality department and analysts worldwide

• Preparation and monthly updating of statistics for Bosch internal audits.

• Process optimization through the digitalization of statistics

• Creation of packaging stock control through the SAP system

• Preparation of invoices and international transport documents for sample shipments; miscellaneous goods and returns by air; truck and special services

• Telephone contact with suppliers; customers and carriers

• Control of outgoing sold goods in SAP and manual recording of packaging material

• Loading of shipments through the computer system used to ensure the correct dispatch of goods

• Daily control and updating of the department's internal file

• High level of Spanish and English, German desirable

• Currently studying a degree in Business Administration and Management

• Must be enrolled at a university

• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

• A strong willingness to work and commitment to the team is essential

Duration:            6 months

Study allowance:   800€ gross / month

Schedule:             08:00h – 17:00h (with 1h to eat)
