The role
What you'll do
• Organization; notification and tracking of warranty parts delivery; in collaboration with the quality department and analysts worldwide
• Monthly preparation and updating of statistics for Bosch internal audits.
• Process optimization through digitalization of statistics
• Creation of packaging inventory control through the SAP system
• Preparation of invoices and international shipping documents for samples; various goods and returns by air; truck and special services
• Telephone contact with suppliers; customers and carriers
• Control of sold goods dispatch in SAP and manual packaging material recording
• Loading of shipments through the computer system used to ensure correct goods dispatch
• Daily control and updating of the department's internal archive
Requirements
• High level of Spanish and English, German desirable
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management
• Must be enrolled at a university
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Essential to have a strong willingness to work and commit to the team
