You will be responsible for ensuring the correct flow of goods within the store, maintaining standards of fullness, cleanliness, and proper placement, and supporting stock quality to facilitate commercial operations and improve customer satisfaction.

How will you do it?

1. Customer Interaction: Use the SBAG (greeting, good morning/afternoon, goodbye, thank you) in every interaction, providing courteous and professional service.

2. Identifying Needs: Recognize the type of customer and their specific needs, directing them to the appropriate advisor or salesperson to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience.

3. Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team during peak times, ensuring efficient service for all customers.

4. Merchandise Replenishment: Restock merchandise according to the priorities set by the manager, keeping stock available and accessible to customers.

5. Store Maintenance: Maintain the store's presentation, ensuring it stays clean, organized, and with properly labeled and placed stock.

6. Order Picker Support: Assist with daily order preparation operations, facilitating an efficient logistics process.

1. Logistics Experience: Previous experience as a logistics operator is a plus, although we also welcome candidates with a learning attitude and a strong commitment to quality work.

Serás responsable de asegurar el correcto flujo de mercancías dentro de la tienda, manteniendo los estándares de lleno, limpio y ubicado, y apoyando la calidad del stock para facilitar las operaciones comerciales y mejorar la satisfacción del cliente.

¿Cómo lo harás?

1. Interacción con el/la Cliente: Utilizar el SBAG (saludo, buenos días/tarde, adiós, gracias) en cada interacción, ofreciendo una atención cordial y profesional.

2. Identificación de Necesidades: Reconocer el tipo de cliente/a y sus necesidades específicas, orientando hacia el/la asesor/a o vendedor/a adecuado para garantizar una experiencia de compra satisfactoria.

3. Soporte en Ventas: Proporcionar soporte al equipo de ventas en momentos de alta afluencia, asegurando una atención eficiente a todos los clientes.

4. Reposición de Mercancía: Reponer la mercancía según las prioridades establecidas por el/la mánager, manteniendo el stock disponible y accesible para los clientes.

5. Mantenimiento de la Tienda: Cuidar la presentación de la tienda, asegurando que se mantenga limpia, ordenada y con el stock debidamente etiquetado y ubicado.

6. Apoyo a Preparadores de Pedidos: Asistir en la operativa diaria de preparación de pedidos, facilitando la eficiencia del proceso logístico.

¿Qué te hará triunfar en Brico Depôt?

1. Experiencia en Logística: Si tienes experiencia previa como operador/a de logística será un plus, aunque también damos la bienvenida a candidatos/as con una actitud de aprendizaje y un compromiso destacado con la calidad en el trabajo.
