As Talent & People Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company's learning, development, and talent identification strategy, ensuring that people have the skills needed to support business growth.

You will work cross-functionally with different teams and managers, leading development, training, and talent initiatives that have a real impact on both people and the business.

· Define and drive the training and development strategy aligned with business priorities.

· Design and implement talent, development, and learning programs for different groups within the company.

· Identify internal talent and support growth, succession, and professional development plans.

· Coordinate the annual training calendar and ensure the proper execution of initiatives.

· Lead talent and learning projects, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

· Collaborate with managers and HRBPs to identify development needs and strengthen key capabilities.

· Design experiences and actions that boost engagement, culture, and high performance.

· Analyze training and talent metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and impact.

· Lead and support the team, fostering a collaborative, agile, and development-oriented environment.

Como Talent & People Development Manager serás responsable de impulsar la estrategia de aprendizaje, desarrollo y detección de talento de la compañía, asegurando que las personas cuenten con las capacidades necesarias para acompañar el crecimiento del negocio.

Trabajarás de forma transversal con diferentes equipos y managers, liderando iniciativas de desarrollo, formación y talento que tengan un impacto real en las personas y en el negocio.

· Definir e impulsar la estrategia de formación y desarrollo alineada con las prioridades del negocio.

· Diseñar e implementar programas de talento, desarrollo y aprendizaje para diferentes colectivos de la compañía.

· Detectar talento interno y acompañar planes de crecimiento, sucesión y desarrollo profesional.

· Coordinar el calendario anual de formación y garantizar la correcta ejecución de las iniciativas.

· Liderar proyectos de talento y aprendizaje, promoviendo la innovación y la mejora continua.

· Colaborar con managers y HRBPs para identificar necesidades de desarrollo y potenciar capacidades clave.

· Diseñar experiencias y acciones que impulsen el engagement, la cultura y el alto rendimiento.

· Analizar indicadores de formación y talento para detectar oportunidades de mejora e impacto.

· Liderar y acompañar al equipo, fomentando un entorno colaborativo, ágil y orientado al desarrollo.
