How will you do it?

Active Participation in the Management Committee: You will be fully involved in the Management Committee, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to drive the company's success.

Control of the Profit and Loss Account: You will carry out meticulous monitoring of the profit and loss account, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize resources and maximize profits.

Coordination and Leadership of the Sales Team: You will lead by example and effectively coordinate your sales team, inspiring them to reach their full potential and ensuring a collaborative and motivating work environment.

Problem Solving and Setting Priorities: You will be proactive in solving problems, quickly identifying challenges and making effective decisions to overcome them. You will set clear priorities to optimize team performance and achieve our goals.

Monitoring and Analysis of Sales: You will carry out detailed monitoring of the sales team's work, constantly analyzing data and trends to identify areas of opportunity and apply effective strategies that drive sales growth.

Ensuring Stock Availability: You will ensure that adequate and sufficient stock is permanently available to meet our customers' demand, implementing efficient management systems and establishing strong relationships with suppliers to guarantee product availability.

Resolución de Problemas y Establecimiento de Prioridades: Serás proactivo/a en la resolución de problemas, identificando rápidamente los desafíos y tomando decisiones efectivas para superarlos. Establecerás prioridades claras para optimizar el rendimiento del equipo y alcanzar nuestros objetivos.
