Execution Manager / Construction Project Manager

As Execution Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the execution of residential and tertiary construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, deadlines, and budgets.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Technical management of the execution of construction works, checking layouts, materials, the correct arrangement of construction elements, and installations, in accordance with the project and the instructions of the Works Manager.
Recording in the Site Instructions Book the precise instructions for the correct execution of the works.
Preparation of the site commencement report and the final completion certificate, as well as preparation of progress certificates and the final settlement of completed work units.
Supervision of compliance with technical and safety regulations.
Exhaustive control of construction processes.
Verification of the reception on site of the various supplies and materials, ordering the necessary tests and trials.
Resolution of technical incidents and conflicts on site.
Preparation of monitoring reports and certifications.
Collaboration with the other agents in the preparation of the documentation of the executed work, providing the results of the control carried out.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing residential and tertiary construction projects during the design and execution phases.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Management of the design process and collaborative contracts,
Preparation and management of the contractor tendering process,
Coordination of all parties involved in the project,
Monitoring of project progress,
Control of deadlines, costs, and quality,
Assessment and monitoring of project risks,
Technical and economic reporting to the various stakeholders and the client,
Coordination and leadership of the Bureau Veritas team assigned to the project.

Minimum requirements:

Education: University degree in Technical Architecture or an equivalent recognized qualification. Additional training in project management is valued.
Professional experience: Minimum of 3 years in the management of construction project execution and project management.
Technical skills: Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Presto, and Revit. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A solid knowledge of the Spanish Technical Building Code is essential. Knowledge of BIM methodology (4D-5D) working environment.
Languages: A high level of English will be valued.
Driving license B.

Como Director de Ejecución Material se encargará de liderar y supervisar la ejecución de proyectos de construcción de tipo residencial y terciario, garantizando el cumplimiento de especificaciones técnicas, plazos y presupuestos.

Principales funciones y responsabilidades:

Dirección técnica de la ejecución material de las obras, comprobando los replanteos, los materiales, la correcta disposición de los elementos constructivos y las instalaciones, de acuerdo con el proyecto y las instrucciones del Director de Obra.
Consignar en el Libro de Órdenes y Asistencias las instrucciones precisas para la correcta ejecución de las obras.
Preparación del acta de replanteo o de comienzo de obra y el certificado final de obra, así como elaboración de las certificaciones parciales y la liquidación final de las unidades de obra ejecutadas.
Supervisión del cumplimiento de normativas técnicas y de seguridad.
Control exhaustivo de los procesos constructivos.
Verificación de la recepción en obra de los distintos suministros y materiales, ordenando las pruebas y ensayos necesarios.
Resolución de incidencias técnicas y conflictos en obra.
Elaboración de informes de seguimiento y certificaciones.
Colaboración con los restantes agentes en la elaboración de la documentación de la obra ejecutada, aportando los resultados del control realizado.

Como Project Manager en edificación se encargará de gestionar proyectos de construcción en edificación de tipo residencial y terciario en fase de diseño y ejecución

Principales funciones y responsabilidades:

Gestión del proceso de diseño y contratos colaborativos,
Preparación y gestión del proceso de licitación de contratistas,
Coordinación de todas las partes implicadas en el proyecto,
Seguimiento del avance de la obra,
Control de plazos, costes y calidad,
Evaluación y seguimiento de riesgos ligados al proyecto,
Reporte técnico-económico con los diferentes interlocutores y con el cliente,
Coordinación y liderazgo del equipo de Bureau Veritas asignado al proyecto.

Requisitos minimos:

Formación académica: Título universitario en Arquitectura Técnica o equivalente homologada. Formación adicional en gestión de proyectos es valorada.
Experiencia profesional: Mínimo 3 años en dirección de ejecución de obras de edificación y gestión de proyectos.
Habilidades técnicas: Dominio de las herramientas de gestión de proyectos tales como MS Project, Presto y Revit. Dominio de Microsoft Excel. Indispensable buen conocimiento del Código Técnico de Edificación. Conocimiento entorno trabajo metodología BIM (4D-5D)
Idiomas: Se valorará nivel elevado de inglés.
