As Execution Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the execution of residential and tertiary construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, deadlines, and budgets.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Technical management of the execution of construction works, checking layouts, materials, the correct arrangement of construction elements, and installations, in accordance with the project and the instructions of the Works Manager.

Preparation of the site commencement report and the final completion certificate, as well as preparation of progress certificates and the final settlement of completed work units.
Supervision of compliance with technical and safety regulations.

Technical skills: Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Presto, and Revit. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A solid knowledge of the Spanish Technical Building Code is essential. Knowledge of BIM methodology (4D-5D) working environment.
