Cost controller - Site Manager

🚀 Would you like to be part of an international industrial construction project? We are developing a gigafactory for electric vehicle batteries in Cáceres, one of the most ambitious and largest industrial projects currently in Europe.

We are looking for a Cost Controller (CSA and MEP) with an advanced level of English, capable of working in a multinational environment and reporting directly to the Project Manager. A key position to ensure the project's economic control and guarantee compliance with international standards.

🔍 Main responsibilities:

• Prepare and update the project's overall budget.

• Analyze measurements and validate work certifications.

• Negotiate prices for additional works or modifications.

• Monitor costs, detect deviations, and propose corrective actions.

• Prepare financial reports and collaborate with Procurement in evaluating bids.

🎯 Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (no official accreditation required).

• +3 years of experience in industrial construction projects.

• Proficiency in budgeting software. Presto and BIM environment.

• Intermediate-advanced English.

Buscamos un Cost Controller (CSA y MEP) con alto nivel de inglés, capaz de trabajar en un entorno multinacional y de reportar directamente al Project Manager. Una posición clave para garantizar el control económico del proyecto y asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares internacionales.

🔍 Responsabilidades principales:

• Elaborar y actualizar el presupuesto general del proyecto.

• Analizar mediciones y validar certificaciones de obra.

• Negociar precios de trabajos adicionales o modificaciones.

• Realizar seguimiento de costes, detectar desviaciones y proponer acciones correctivas.

• Preparar informes financieros y colaborar con Compras en la evaluación de ofertas.

🎯 Requisitos:

• Titulación en Ingeniería, Arquitectura o similar. (no requiere homologación)

• +3 años de experiencia en proyectos de construcción industrial.

• Manejo de software de presupuestos. Presto y entorno BIM.

• Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
