What you'll do

Functions

  • Review of official calls for grants for industrial companies (EAFRD, EMF, IG, etc.) and subsequent summary of information and conditions.
  • Preparation of technical and economic reports according to each call.
  • Collection of documentation, planning, and data entry into the relevant official formats.
  • Preparation of technical and economic documentation. Designing, formulating, drafting, preparing, and managing documentation, submission, monitoring, and justification based on the indicators of each project to be submitted, in coordination with the technical and business development departments, according to the grant terms.
  • Advisory support and development of reports and studies for projects carried out by the departments in matters of grants.
  • Submission of aid applications to Public Administrations or other bodies and institutions.
  • Monitoring of corrections and preparation and submission of them, if necessary.
  • Budgetary control of grants.
  • Preparation of business plans and feasibility studies.
  • Comply with the functions and responsibilities assigned to the position and described in the procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or technical engineering degree.
  • Valuable: Knowledge of the Grants Law and Common Administrative Procedure, as well as European Funds regulations.
  • More than 2 years in a similar position (preferably in engineering).
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced level of English.
