Lead and coordinate the Workshop, Spare Parts, and Reception teams.
Guarantee the correct functioning of aftersales operations and the fulfillment of the area's objectives.

Manage the budget, investments, and spare parts stock.
Develop, train, and evaluate the team, ensuring their growth and performance.
Maintain and coordinate the relationship with the Brand, insurance companies, key accounts, and other strategic collaborators.

Approve and coordinate aftersales commercial and marketing actions.
