At Caetano, the largest official dealership group on the Iberian Peninsula, we continue to grow. We are looking for a Mechanical Workshop Manager to optimize productivity, ensure brand standards, and guarantee technical excellence at one of our reference centers.

What you'll do

Leading and supervising the team of technicians and support staff in the workshop.
Planning and assigning work orders efficiently to maximize productivity.
Coordinating and maintaining communication with other departments, such as sales and logistics.
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and relevant regulations.
Monitoring and maintaining workshop equipment and tools.
Collaborating in staff training and development, identifying training needs.
Managing the inventory of materials and supplies necessary for workshop operations.
Participating in resolving technical issues and making informed decisions.

What are we looking for in you?

Required education: Higher Level Training Cycle or equivalent in automotive or Engineering.
Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years performing the duties of the position.
Demonstrable experience in team management.
Proactive and self-sufficient person with analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Leadership and communication skills.
A valid driver's license.
