We are not looking for a single profile, nor do we expect you to arrive knowing everything. That is what internships are for!
We are looking for students with curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn, who want to contribute their point of view, work in a team, and discover new professional fields.
✅ To have passed at least 120 credits of your degree or double degree, or to be currently pursuing a master's.
✅ To be able to formalize an internship agreement with your university or study center.
✅ To have availability to complete a minimum of 480 internship hours between February 1st and July 31st, 2027.
✅ To be able to carry out the internship in person in Barcelona.

The role
Are you studying for a degree / double degree or master's and feel like taking the leap into the professional world?
With CaixaBank's University Internship Program, you will be able to join one of the Corporate Services areas in Barcelona for 6 months, put into practice what you have learned, and discover how work is done in one of Spain's leading financial institutions.
From day one you will be part of the team, you will participate in real projects, and you will learn alongside professionals from different specialties. Additionally, you will have a tutor who will accompany you throughout the entire experience to help you grow, resolve your doubts, and make the most of this stage.
How you'll work
📍 Location: Barcelona
📅 A 6-month experience, from February to July 2027, with the possibility of an extension from September to December.
⏰ A minimum working day of 20 hours per week.
📚 An adaptable schedule so that you can balance the internship with your studies and attend your exams.
