Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the implementation and development of projects with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
• Demonstrable experience working with Dynamics 365, especially in the Customer Service module.
• Solid knowledge of Power Apps.
• Experience in development with C#.
• Experience in development with JavaScript.
• Ability to participate in the analysis, design, and development of end-to-end CRM solutions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills with technical and functional stakeholders.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Experience or knowledge in user management tools such as Alice.
• Knowledge of mailbox management and processes.
• Experience in the creation and maintenance of plugins for Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of API integration and consumption.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Ability to acquire new technological knowledge and adapt quickly to complex environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a focus on the Customer Service module.
• Participate in implementation, evolution, and support projects for Dynamics 365 platforms.
• Configure and customize entities, forms, views, business processes, and workflows.
• Develop components and extensions using C# and JavaScript.
• Create and maintain applications using Power Apps.
• Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other corporate systems through APIs and services.
• Collaborate with functional analysts and business teams in the definition of technical solutions.
• Perform technical testing, incident resolution, and performance optimization of implemented solutions.
• Document developments and ensure compliance with development and architecture best practices.

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with experience in the implementation and evolution of solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, capable of participating in all phases of the project lifecycle, from analysis and design to development, integration, and production deployment.
