What will be your role?

  • Coordinate collaborating companies and contractors responsible for field actions.
  • Perform integral monitoring of incidents and actions until their closure.
  • Supervise compliance with execution deadlines and service level agreements (SLA).
  • Coordinate with operation centers, field technicians, clients, and internal areas to ensure the correct resolution of incidents.
  • Manage operational escalations and unblock situations that may affect service commitments.
  • Monitor actions on External Plant and Internal Plant infrastructures.
  • Keep management and activity monitoring systems updated.
  • Prepare operational reports, service indicators, and monitoring dashboards.
  • Identify deviations, propose corrective actions, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the correct execution of strategic services within the operator's operations environment.
