What we're looking for

To feel comfortable in this position, knowledge of the following is required:

Degree in Telecommunications, Aerospace, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or similar.
More than 3 years of experience in engineering environments related to systems, digital collaboration, or digital transformation.
Knowledge and experience in MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering).
Experience working with Cameo.
Experience in any of the following areas:
- Systems engineering (requirements management, integration, or V&V).
- Development of applications oriented toward Digital Collaboration in MBSE environments.
- Digital Thread and digital interoperability.
- Advanced use of MATLAB/Simulink.
Very high level of English, both oral and written.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills with customers and suppliers.

Connecting Cameo models between different organizations and workspaces.
Participating in the compatibility and harmonization of MBSE processes and models.
Driving Digital Thread initiatives and digital interoperability among major stakeholders in the aerospace industry.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization within MBSE environments.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure effective integration of models and data.
Participating in technical coordination activities in international environments.
