Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Consolidated experience as a Software Engineer, Solution Architect, Platform Architect, Technical Lead, or Engineering Manager.
  • Extensive knowledge in the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform solutions in complex corporate environments.
  • Hands-on experience in integrations, APIs, security, environment management, ALM, and release management within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • A track record of leading technological modernization programs, technical debt reduction, and platform transformation.
  • Ability to make decisions in complex environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • An analytical profile, results-oriented and accustomed to solving high-impact technical challenges.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills in international environments.
  • High level of English is essential.

The role

We are looking for a professional with solid technical experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to lead the technological evolution of a global platform critical to the business. You will be responsible for defining the technical direction, architecture, and engineering best practices, ensuring sustainable, secure, and scalable use of the platform. A high level of English is essential.

As Platform Engineering Manager, you will lead the technical evolution of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, turning platform strategy into executable engineering plans and ensuring the application of consistent technical standards across all teams.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute the Dynamics 365 technical roadmap alongside platform and architecture leads.
  • Lead and prioritize the engineering backlog, balancing new capabilities, business needs, modernization, and technical debt reduction.
  • Provide comprehensive technical direction on architecture, integrations, security, data, infrastructure, and automation.
  • Establish standards and best practices for development, CI/CD, testing, deployments, observability, and documentation.
  • Ensure the proper use of Dynamics 365 and associated Microsoft technologies, minimizing unnecessary customizations.
  • Drive scalable and maintainable solutions for current and future capabilities, including Case Management, Contact Center, and B2B processes.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to transform business needs into viable technical solutions.
  • Lead technological simplification, platform modernization, and complexity reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure that all solutions comply with security, privacy, performance, resilience, accessibility, and cost-efficiency requirements.
  • Manage and develop technical teams, fostering knowledge transfer and the adoption of modern engineering practices.
  • Define platform quality and health metrics, promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

How you'll work

  • Availability to attend the client's offices 2-3 days a week.
