Senior Project Manager

• At least 5 years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
• Experience with agile environments and project management methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage clients.
• General knowledge of architectures, applications, and technology environments.
• Experience in pre-sales activities and proposal preparation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Nice to have: Project management certifications, experience in digital transformation programs, and/or knowledge of cloud architectures, enterprise applications, or digital channels.

• Advanced English level (C1 or equivalent).

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in technology and digital transformation projects, capable of leading complex initiatives, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The selected candidate will combine management skills, functional vision, and technical understanding, participating in both project execution and pre-sales activities and business development. Main responsibilities:

• Lead technology and digital projects, ensuring compliance with scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Define work plans, roadmaps, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
• Track project metrics and prepare status reports for clients and management.
• Plan resources and capabilities according to project needs.
• Financial and contractual management.
• Project financial tracking, including budget, forecasting, and cost control.
• Risk, change, and contractual scope management.
• Participate in pre-sales processes, proposal preparation, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Perform effort estimation, planning, and team sizing.
• Participate in workshops, presentations, and solution definition sessions.
• Collaborate in identifying growth opportunities with existing clients.
