Requirements

What we're looking for

Sales and Distribution Consultant with 5 years of experience (orders and invoices, pricing, and all related configurations)

With ABAP knowledge to debug if necessary, propose solutions, or perform small basic developments (changes in copy control routines or pricing, for example...).

Knowledge of output support (Smart Forms; Adobe Forms)

Incident management: analysis of incoming incidents, routing to colleagues or other teams, proposing alternative solutions, and follow-up until the issue is resolved/closed.

Experience in the CCS module (Contract Management - for Rebate/Cost Compensation contracts) + ABAP skills, as there is a lot of proprietary customization for BSH)

Experience in large organizations. Some experience in agile working methods.

English level (all communications and meetings are in English)

Main focus on S4/HANA, some configurations still necessary in R3 for countries not yet migrated.

Nice to have

Additional knowledge of Jira, ServiceNow, Charm is welcome.
