What you'll do

Purpose of the position and main duties

Fleet control during maintenance, and monitoring and control of technical faults during flight.
First line of communication and technical support between the different parties involved in maintenance actions.
Technical support, advising and giving real-time instructions to technical personnel working on the aircraft, both Maintenance and crew. 
Fleet control through Event Tracking, or any other proprietary control method.
VHF and ACARS communication with crews. Communication with different MRO's both in Madrid and at delegations and external stations. Communication with handling agents and any party involved in the development of operations. 
Distributor of communications to the different Maintrol team groups, and outside this team.
ETOPS control and monitoring of the LR fleet based on current regulations.

What we're looking for

Required education and experience

Education: Aeronautical Maintenance Technician.
Intermediate/Advanced English.
High ability to work under pressure.
High problem-solving, organizational and prioritization skills.
Knowledge of CAMO and Part 145.
