We are looking for a Resident Security Engineer specializing in Cisco technologies to join an on-site project in Madrid, in a high-security environment with critical operational needs.

• Higher Vocational Training in Cybersecurity or a Degree in Engineering (Systems, Telecommunications, or similar).
• Previous experience (at least 3 years) in SOC environments or technical support in cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of Cisco security technologies: Duo, Firepower, ESA, WSA/CSW, Multicloud Defense.
• Experience in:
  • incident management systems,
  • SIEM tools,
  • security system monitoring.
• Basic knowledge of the OSI model and operating systems.
• Experience in incident resolution.
• Minimum English level B2.

• Certifications in cybersecurity or Cisco:
  • CCNA Security
  • CCNP Security
  • CyberOps
  • Cisco Security Specialist
• Experience in change management.
• Experience in high-security environments.

• Formación en FP Superior en Ciberseguridad o Grado en Ingeniería (Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o similar).
• Experiencia previa (al menos 3 años) en entornos SOC o soporte técnico en ciberseguridad.
• Conocimientos en tecnologías de seguridad Cisco: Duo, Firepower, ESA, WSA/CSW, Multicloud Defense.
• Experiencia en:
  • sistemas de gestión de incidencias,
  • herramientas SIEM,
  • monitorización de sistemas de seguridad.
• Conocimientos básicos del modelo OSI y sistemas operativos.
• Experiencia en resolución de incidencias.
• Nivel de inglés mínimo B2.

• Certificaciones en ciberseguridad o Cisco:
  • CCNA Security
  • CCNP Security
  • CyberOps
  • Cisco Security Specialist
• Experiencia en gestión de cambios.
