Caser Residencial wants to incorporate a psychologist into its team for our Residence in Cunit, Tarragona.
Reporting directly to the Care Manager of the residential center, your mission will be to carry out the psychological assessment, treatment, and follow-up of the residents, in collaboration with the rest of the multidisciplinary team.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the psychological assessment, treatment, and follow-up of the residents, in collaboration with the rest of the multidisciplinary team. Responsible for the correct recording and creation of clinical histories.
- Responsible for the collection of data that helps create the life history and ensuring the communication of said information to the rest of the team.
- Participation in PAIs along with the rest of the multidisciplinary team.
Application of the necessary tests and assessments for the correct evaluation of each resident based on their particular case history. - Design of individualized interventions, or group ones if convenient, and monitoring the evolution of the participating resident or residents.
- Design and implementation of occupational and coexistence activities with the rest of the multidisciplinary team, in collaboration with the rest of the therapy and animation professionals.
- Responsible for communication with families and for maintaining an open, bidirectional flow of communication.
