What we're looking for
- Possess one of the following qualifications:
Vocational Training (FPGS) Technician in Nursing Assistant Care.
- Vocational Training (FPGS) Technician in Care for People in a Situation of Dependency.
- Professional Certificate in Socio-sanitary Care for Dependent People in Social Institutions.
- Demonstrable experience in team supervision.
Nice to have
- Training in geriatrics.
- Previous experience with elderly and/or dependent people.
- Knowledge of hygiene, mobilization, feeding, and safety protocols.
- Basic knowledge of frequent pathologies in elderly people.

Caser Servicios wants to incorporate a supervisor into its team for the Caser Residencial business for our care center in Zapateira.
Reporting directly to the Care Manager, your mission will be to take ultimate responsibility for the activity of the caregiving team, plan their tasks, supervise their execution and quality, train and inform your team, and act as the link between them and the center's management team regarding the management of incidents, complaints, claims, and reporting of regular activity.
What you'll do
- Participate in the definition of results to be obtained in your area and identify indicators for monitoring.
- Administer the resources of your area, and provide guidelines to your team for their correct use, based on the directives of the Management.
- Guarantee compliance with legal regulations, quality standards, and internal regulations applicable to your area, through the information, training, and supervision of your team.
- Participate in the development and motivation of the people under your charge, applying the guidelines of the HR Department regarding performance evaluation, training monitoring, and others similar.
- Support the residence Management in the resolution of conflicts and difficulties that arise, and in the management of the residence related to your area.
- Report to the Management on your team's activity, notifying possible incidents and informing of their resolution, or requesting their support when such resolution requires it.
- Supervise and control the activities carried out in your area, including outsourced services in your case, and guarantee the coordination of your team with the rest of the center's teams, especially with nursing, cleaning, and kitchen.
