Care Manager - Logroño Residence

• University degree in Nursing, Medicine, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy.
• At least five years of professional practice is essential, with a minimum of two years of experience in the dependency care sector.
• At least one year of experience in team management is essential.
• Availability to work one weekend per month.

• Valuable:
• Experience / training in palliative care, dementia, and neurological and functional rehabilitation is highly valued.
• Experience in residential management and/or healthcare management.

• Plan, manage, supervise, and control the care activities of the center.
• Plan the management of the human resources under your charge regarding ratios, work shifts, organization of workloads, etc.
• Administer the material resources of your area, guaranteeing their correct use.
• Guarantee compliance with the legal, quality, and internal regulations applicable to the care area.
