Caser Servicios wants to incorporate a doctor into its team within the Caser Residencial business for our Ruiseñores care center, in Zaragoza.
Reporting directly to the Care Manager, your mission will be to be the primary health professional of reference for the users in the center.
What you'll do
Among your main responsibilities are:
- Performing the opening of the medical history for each admission, including: comprehensive geriatric assessment, review of previous medical reports, recording of pathologies, and appropriate pharmacological treatment.
- Developing GDS scales and medical guidelines necessary for the improvement of resident care.
- Performing daily monitoring of geriatric syndromes and chronic and acute geriatric pathologies.
- Carrying out nutritional monitoring of residents and approval of menus.
- Informing families of treatment changes, acute pathologies, falls, and any other incident with health consequences.
