Cook

• At least one year of previous experience in a similar position.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Availability for immediate incorporation.

• Valuable: Intermediate Vocational Training in Cooking or Hospitality.
• More than 2 years of experience as a cook in collective settings in residences and/or hospitals.
• Knowledge of traditional gastronomy.

Caser Servicios wants to incorporate a Cook into its team within the Caser Residencial business for our Santa Hortensia residence.

Your mission will be to organize, distribute, and coordinate all kitchen staff, as well as to prepare and season meals, in accordance with the menu and dietary regimens that you will propose for approval to the center's management and the supervision of the medical department.

Among your main functions will be:

• Preparation of the established menus, considering the dietary needs of the users.
• Ensuring that dishes meet the nutritional requirements established in the preparation sheets.
• Collaboration in order management and storage.
• Following and guaranteeing food safety and hygiene measures in the preparation of menus.
