The role

A growing catering company is looking to add to its team:

🎯 Position:

Responsible and committed staff to work in the kitchen office, in the central production kitchen.

What you'll do

📝 Main duties:

- Cleaning and sanitising: Washing of tableware, utensils, machinery and production trays.

- Maintenance of the space: Deep cleaning of work surfaces, floors and common areas of the production kitchen.

- Waste management: Removal and recycling of rubbish at the end of shifts or as needed.

- Cleaning stock control: Management and notification of replenishment of cleaning chemicals and tools.

- Compliance with regulations: Strict application of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP).

Requirements

WORK PERMIT (REQUIRED)
Previous experience as a kitchen assistant, cleaning staff in production kitchens, catering companies or restaurants.
DRIVING LICENCE AND OWN VEHICLE VALUABLE
Agile, proactive, organised person with the ability to work in a team.
Living close to the workplace is valuable.
Food handling training is valuable.
