About the role
From CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS we need to hire a COOK for our SANTA JUSTA hotel located in Seville.
What you'll do
• Collaboration with the kitchen team in the processes of receiving raw materials, storage, defrosting, temperature control, handling, and cleaning and sanitizing.
• Carrying out the scheduled tasks for preparing and presenting dishes.
• Performing the periodic cleanings established in the plan.
• Handling food in compliance with current regulations.
• Checking and controlling the equipment used in the kitchen, reporting any issues.
