The role
From CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS we need to hire a COOK for our new hotel CATALONIA DONOSTI located in the center of SAN SEBASTIÁN
What you'll do
Collaboration with the kitchen team in the processes of receiving raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, and cleaning and disinfection.
Carrying out the scheduled tasks of preparing and presenting dishes.
Carrying out the periodic cleanings established in the planned schedule.
Handling food in compliance with current regulations.
Reviewing and controlling the materials used in the kitchen, reporting any incidents in this regard.
